TSCRA MEMBERSHIP AUTO-RENEWAL

Auto Renewal Authorization

TSCRA is pleased to offer members a new way to pay dues for renewal of TSCRA membership – Auto-Renewal. Now, your dues can be automatically debited from your checking or savings account.

Auto-Renewal will help you in many ways:

  • Save time writing checks
  • Eliminate the possibility of lost, stolen, or forged checks
  • Ensures your renewal payment is received on time
  • Allows payments to be made even when you are on vacation, sick, or away on business

Here's how Auto-Renewal works:
By the 15th day of your membership renewal month, your payment will be debited from your account. The amount of the debit will appear on your bank statement. You will be notified of the pending debit approximately one month prior to your renewal date.

We believe you'll like the added convenience of having your membership dues automatically withdrawn for you. Auto-Renewal is safe, convenient, and easy. To take advantage of this service, please complete the authorization form and return it to TSCRA Membership, 1301 W. Seventh, Ste. 201, Fort Worth, TX, 76102.

What is auto-renewal?
Auto-renewal is a method of paying TSCRA dues wherein your dues may be automatically debited from your checking or savings account.

How much does auto-renewal cost?
Auto-renewal is a free service to TSCRA members. In fact, auto-renewal saves money for the association by cutting down on extra renewal mailings.

What are the benefits of using auto-renewal to pay dues?
Benefits of auto-renewal for dues payment include:

  • Save time writing checks
  • Eliminate the possibility of lost, stolen, or forged checks
  • Ensures your renewal payment is received on time
  • Allows payments to be made even when you are on vacation, sick, or away on business

How does auto-renewal work?
By the 15th day of your membership renewal month, your payment will be debited from your account. The amount of the debit will appear on your bank statement. You will be notified in writing of the pending debit approximately one month prior to your renewal date.

How can I change the dues amount or number of head rendered?
When you receive the notification of pending debit, please correct the dues amount and return the form to TSCRA.

Can I use auto-renewal for multiple TSCRA memberships?
Yes, you can enroll in auto-renewal for one or more TSCRA memberships. Each membership will require a separate enrollment form.

How can I change the checking or savings account being debited?
When you receive the notification of pending debit, please modify the account information and return the form to TSCRA. Please include a copy of a voided check with the new bank account information.

When will my account be debited?
By the 15th day of your membership renewal month, your payment will be debited from your account. For example, if your dues are due in March, they will be debited form your account between March 1 and March 15.

Will you notify me before you debit the account?
Yes, you will receive a notification in writing prior to the account is debited.

Can I use a credit or debit card for auto-renewal?
At this time, auto-renewal is only available for checking and savings accounts.

When can I enroll in auto-renewal?
You may enroll in auto-renewal at any time. Dues will be debited when your membership ends. If you just paid your dues, you can enroll now and dues will be debited next year when your dues are nearing expiration.

How can I discontinue auto-renewal?
You must notify TSCRA in writing that you wish to discontinue using auto-renewal you pay dues. Please send this notice to TSCRA Membership, 1301 W. Seventh, Ste. 201, Fort Worth, TX, 76102.

Is auto-renewal secure?
Yes, auto-renewal and ACH debit process is extremely secure.
