Reserve your hotel room for TSCRA convention

A block of rooms has been reserved for attendees and exhibitors at the 2008 Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association Annual Convention and Trade Show, to be held in Corpus Christi, March 14-17.

Hotel rooms are blocked at the Omni Hotel Bayfront, 900 North Shoreline Blvd., and the Holiday Inn Emerald Beach, 1102 South Shoreline Blvd. Most meetings and social events will be held at the American Bank Center, although some will be held at the Omni. Both hotels offer bus transportation to and from the American Bank Center.

To reserve a room at the Omni Hotel Bayfront, call 361/887-1600 and identify yourself as being with TSCRA; or visit www.omnihotel.com, click on "make my reservations" and enter group code 14500807720. The discounted nightly rates are: $130 (single/double occupancy), $150 (triple occupancy) and $160 (quadruple occupancy).

To reserve a room at the Holiday Inn Emerald Beach, call 361/883-5731 and identify yourself with the code SCR. The discounted nightly rate is $109.

For either hotel, the cut-off date for the special rate is Feb. 19.
